My name is Irina Sumac Acosta and I come from a long line of artisanal woodworkers and metalworkers.

 

I love timber and design, and after attending classes at the Richard Crosland School of Fine Woodwork for many years, I decided to go to TAFE to study woodworking.  I qualified as a cabinet maker in 2013.

​

All pieces shown in Sumac Creations are designed, constructed and finished by me.
